Refund and Returns Policy

At HydrateAndGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Sealed and in resaleable condition
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Skincare items that were damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@hydrateandglow.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged or defective items)

We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@hydrateandglow.comwith photos and a description. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.


6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
  3. Contact your bank
